i3Works has announced the appointment of Matt Swannell as Delivery Director. In this pivotal role, Matt will spearhead the development of the service delivery function, driving strategic initiatives throughout the delivery team.
Matt joins i3Works from three years at PA Consulting where he led several delivery teams and new business capture. Matt has a strong technical bend towards large Defence and public sector delivery programmes and specialises in those with complex stakeholder or commercial contexts.
Commenting on his appointment, Matt said: “I am thrilled to join i3Works and take on the role of Delivery Director.
