In September 2022, i3Works welcomed the latest intake of graduates on our Fast Track Consultant (FTC) scheme. The 16-month programme aims to teach and upskill ambitious and highly capable graduates in the world of consultancy by providing hands-on experience, study time and one-to-one coaching. Through this unique learning experience, the FTCs rapidly build knowledge and experience to contribute confidently as part of our client-facing and internal teams.

The programme provides an opportunity to experience all aspects of the business, from IT Architecture, Digital and Service Management to Project Management / Controls, Business Change and Transformation, as well as Sales and Marketing. This is achieved through completing rotations, which individuals may select based on current client opportunities, existing skillsets, and areas of interest.

Attracting applications from graduates with a broad range of skills and from a variety of backgrounds, the programme provides a great opportunity for i3Works and its clients to gain a fresh and unique perspective from its bright and ambitious FTCs. At the same time, the FTCs gain a truly distinctive and tailored experience which equips them with the right skills and knowledge to thrive and add value immediately, all while gaining insight and experience in the Defence, Nuclear, Transport, Central & Local Government sectors.

Here, we introduce the intake of 2022:

Monjola Aduroja

Monjola is a motivated and highly analytical LLB Law graduate, graduating from City Law School, University of London. Over the years, Monjola has obtained competitive work experience posts in global banking and financial services and in legal and compliance. Her interest in consultancy work is motivated by her adaptable personality, strong communication skills and the opportunity to ensure the highest professional standards are met and ensure the performance of clients is prioritised.  Business Analysis and User research/UI design in addition to Assurance and Audit are areas she would like to learn a lot about. She hopes this will be accomplished by obtaining the necessary credentials and taking on positions that will foster the growth of these abilities. She is an avid baker, taking joy in baking cupcakes with endless flavour variations!

Nathaniel Buck-Forbes

Nathaniel has a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Bristol. He has worked for the Mayor of Bristol as a communications policy advisor. Nathaniel has a keen interest in consultancy work due to the diversity of work and wide range of projects. He also wants to apply the knowledge learned during his degrees in the workplace. Nathaniel is hoping to deepen his understanding of the Digital landscape and develop a greater understanding of agile practices. He has strong communication skills and is an excellent problem-solver, critical thinker and highly adaptable. He was a line-backer for his university’s American Football team and loves hedgehogs and penguins!

Patrick Whittaker

Patrick graduated from the University of Bath in July this year with an undergraduate in International Development and Economics, having also completed a one-year industrial placement within Project and Programme Support as part of his studies. He holds a keen interest in business change and digital transformation, and hopes to gain more of an insight into their implementation across i3’s diverse network of clients; whilst demonstrating his strong communication and stakeholder management skills. He is aiming to develop project-specific hard skills such as managing risk and agile methods of working through the up-skilling nature of the FTC programme. Sports take up the majority of his time away from the workplace!

Eddie Benderis

Eddie joined the programme following a year in recruitment after graduating with a 1st Class Business & Management degree. His previous experience in Technology and Project Professional recruitment equips him with a thorough understanding of the P3M market and the Defence sector. Eddie is interested in consultancy as there are always opportunities to work on new and different projects with different clients. He is hoping to learn as much as possible from the experts that work alongside him and who are going to coach him – especially anything techy! Outside of work, Eddie is a passionate gamer, who enjoys playing basketball, is learning to code, and is interested in AI.
