Welcome to the i3Institute
New Career | New Possibilities | New Future
The i3Institute comprises three schemes to attract, train and release new talent into billable client work following training, qualifications, and client experience with i3Works.
Fast Track Consultant (FTC) - 12 Month Graduate Scheme with a rotation of placements and different possible learning routes. Designed to kick start 4-5 graduates per year with careers in consultancy at i3Works. Open to graduates from any degree discipline.
PCA - 12 Month Project Controls Consultant Programme targeted at professionals looking for a career change, specifically tailored to produce Project Controls consultants.
Insight with innovation, knowledge with inspiration, and excellence with integrity.
We are passionate believers in championing talent and ambition, regardless of experience. The i3Institute has been exclusively designed by our consultants to fast-track individuals into the world of project management and controls, and consists of our Fast Track Consultant (FTC) scheme and Project Controls Academy (PCA).
The i3Institute is run by our own specialists to provide a blend of hands-on experience and coaching in industry-leading qualifications, such as Prince2, PP&C, APM PMQ, PMC and Agile Scrum Master. Through this approach, members are able to rapidly learn and apply industry best practices, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to deliver with confidence.
From day one, our PCAs and FTCs gain experience in working for clients alongside our consultants at all levels and are involved in bidding for tenders and leading internal projects with our directors. As a result, the opportunities for progression and development are endless.
A few words from Our Executive Director
“We truly believe in getting the right people and in treating our people right. Our FTCs and PCA students are empowered and challenged with a wide variety of tasks, enabling them to understand the business but also to add value to i3Works and to their own careers.”
Ben Ames, Executive Director, i3Works
