Project Summary
The Cortisone programme supports Defence Medical Services (DMS) in providing a fully integrated information service for medical and dental data to support deployed operational locations. i3Works was engaged to create and manage programme artefacts in preparation for main gate business case submission and Cabinet Office scrutiny to secure funding approvals for subsequent years.
i3Works established and implemented SAFe® ways of working, including utilising programme increment (PI) planning and scrum ceremonies, which has since been recognised in Defence Digital as an exemplar way of agile working.
